Total Protein Western Blots - Human - Tumor(SD)

Description

Cytomol's human same types of tumor western blots are designed to rapidly screen tumor type specific gene expressions. Tumor total protein of the same tissue type collected from three different groups of donors is loaded along with a corresponding normal control total protein on each blot. A licensed pathologist issues a pathological diagnosis of each tumor based on examination of tissue sections. Documentation of tissues' clinical histories may be available upon request. 50 µg of tumor and corresponding normal control total protein is loaded in each lane of the blots. 50 µg of human placenta total protein is included in each blot as an interblot control for comparison between different blots among different users.
