Cytoplasmic Proteins
Introduction
Cytoplasmic proteins are isolated from approximately 200 different human adult and fetal normal tissues, human diseased and tumor tissues, mouse, rat, and monkey tissues. The cytoplasmic proteins are ideal products for researchers who are interested in proteins located in cytosols.
Features
The largest tissue resource from human, mouse, rat, and monkey on the market
High quality with intact structure and original nature
Documentation on tissues clinical histories available
Applications |
Electrophoresis, Western blotting, and immunoprecipitation
Enzymatic activity analysis
Protein-protein interaction analysis
Tissue specific expression identification
Description |
Tissue cytoplasmic protein is prepared from whole tissue homogenates and presents a consistent pattern on SDS-PAGE analysis. The cytoplasmic protein is stored in a buffer with protease inhibitor cocktail, and provided at a concentration of 3 mg/ml.
Storage Conditions |
Store protein at -70ºC
